Task 15: IT Heads Training
 

Activity: training

Description: This training task is addressed to IT management staff in individual government agencies, responsible for creating and implementing the agency's e-government strategy. The task will offer the course "e-Government: Concepts, Methodology, Technologies, Strategies" with the corresponding modules:

  1. Concepts: Introduction to e-government and the basic concepts that define this area.
  2. Methodology: A general methodology to carry out design of complex systems integrated from many hardware and software subsystems, such as e-government systems.
  3. Technologies: An overview of the technologies relevant for the development of e-government systems, to be introduced to the core and extended teams of developers.
  4. Strategies: Strategies and best practices for developing e-government systems.

Purpose: To achieve management support for the technical teams once they complete the training program.
