Task 13: Workshops

Activity: exchange

Description: The task is to organize regular workshops between project staff and government and non-government IT staff to report the progress of the project, faciliate the exchange of ideas, and provide technical and non-technical feedback for further planning of the project. A workshop is planned to mark the end of every major project phase, and each takes three hours: two devoted to presentations and one to questions and discussion.

Purpose: To keep everybody on the project well-informed about the progress. To provide a forum where problems can be discussed and technical feedback asked for. To provide a channel of communication between project staff and trained IT staff.
