COSPA - Consortium for Open-Source in the Public Administration - an EU-funded Framework 6 project. The aim is to introduce, analyse, and support the use of open data standards and open source software in European public administrations.

The aim is to develop a methodology for modelling Public Administration operations as well as tools for transforming these models into design specifications for e-Government portal environments which simulate and automate complex bureaucratic processes.

The aim is to implement a knowledge management solution by providing a method and tools that help to improve the quality of legislation, in particular about pension arrangements for (future) elderly citizens.
