The aim is to implement a knowledge management solution by providing a method and tools that help to improve the quality of legislation, in particular about pension arrangements for (future) elderly citizens.

Infocities - an EU-funded project designed by members of Telecities - an association of over one hundred European cities. The aim is to evaluate the application of information and communication technologies to deliver integrated public services, moving towards a 'one-stop' point of service delivery.
